ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

ORDER STATUS
Once your order is placed into production, the status will change to “Processing.”
When you receive an email marked “Complete,” your items are ready for pickup. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

REFUNDS AND ORDER POLICY
All sales are final once your order has been processed.
However, in the case of a damaged item, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Screen-printed items typically take 2.5 to 3.5 weeks.
Sublimated items, including uniforms, typically take 4 to 5 weeks.

Pickup hours are Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
